SAM_AGI Privacy Notice

SAM_AGI can process account identifiers, conversation content, message counts, plan assignments, support requests, audit events, and files deliberately connected by the user or owner. The adult early-access service separates data needed to operate an account from optional research and personalization.

Service Data

Account and security data is used to authenticate users, enforce one active session per account, provide requested features, measure plan usage, process billing, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Declining optional research choices does not remove ordinary account access.

Optional Research and Personalization

Every optional purpose is off by default and has a separate choice: contributing selected conversation content to research; saving a non-clinical personality and collaboration questionnaire; measuring allowlisted aggregate product events; building a learned preference profile; using separately opted-in data for model improvement; and receiving marketing email.

Behavior measurement stores bounded aggregate event counts rather than raw clickstream or message text. Learned profiles are limited to interaction preferences, are labeled as inferences, can be reset, and are not used for legal or similarly significant automated decisions. SAM does not infer health, politics, religion, sexuality, race, or other sensitive traits through this feature.

Your Controls

Authenticated users can review and change optional choices, export their research and preference record, reset a learned profile, or erase optional questionnaire, behavior, and profile data from the privacy settings page. Withdrawing a scope stops new processing for that purpose and removes the corresponding locally stored optional data.

Research consent is versioned. When the policy version changes, prior optional choices stop being effective until the user makes a new choice.

Payments

Stripe processes payment information for subscriptions and one-time usage-credit purchases. SAM_AGI stores only payment-related identifiers and metadata needed to manage access and support.

Connected Services

Connected model, storage, browser, payment, and communication providers may receive information needed for the requested operation. Their privacy terms apply to their services.

Retention and Control

Aggregate behavior counts are limited to a rolling 90-day window. Questionnaires and learned profiles remain until withdrawal, reset, erasure, or account deletion. Consent proof is encrypted and bounded. Retention for service data and connected providers depends on the requested operation and provider settings.

Users may also contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or account assistance. SAM's current implementation does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Adults Only

The current research-enabled early-access service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children.

Security

SAM_AGI uses authentication, encrypted local consent records, purpose checks, and operational controls to protect the service. No security measure eliminates all risk, and users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
