SAM_AGI Terms of Service

Soft-launch terms. Owner approval and qualified legal review are recommended before broad public launch.

These Terms apply to use of SAM_AGI, a web-based AI assistant and productivity workspace that offers chat, research assistance, project planning, coding support, learning tools, and related workflows.

Accounts and Access

The current early-access service is for adults aged 18 or older. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity performed through their credentials. One active session per account is enforced by default. Owner-only administrative controls are restricted and may not be accessed by ordinary users.

Research and Personalization Choices

Optional research, questionnaire, behavior measurement, learned-profile, model-improvement, and marketing choices are not a condition of ordinary service access. Users may refuse or withdraw them through account privacy settings. AI-generated preference profiles are inferences, not diagnoses or statements of fact.

Plans and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Users can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the current paid billing period. Usage credits are one-time purchases and do not renew. Except where required by law, completed subscription periods and consumed credits are non-refundable. Billing errors and duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported to sam_agi@sam-agi.com. Payments are processed through Stripe. SAM_AGI does not store card numbers.

Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse the service, interfere with availability, attempt to access another person's data, impersonate a human or AI identity deceptively, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use the service unlawfully.

AI Output Review

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Users must independently review outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or be interrupted. SAM_AGI does not guarantee continuous availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every purpose.
